Mark is a 30+ year veteran in church ministry having served as a Groups Pastor, Connections Pastor, Executive Pastor, church planter and Senior Pastor in churches ranging in size from small church plants to multisite mega-churches of 16,000.

Mark is a Certified Church Consultant and is the President of the Society for Church Consulting whose mission is to revitalize and advance churches by training leaders and certifying consultants.
